For as long as I can remember I have loved to exercise. I genuinely believe it is the key to health, fitness, general happiness, and I just actually love sport! But like everyone else I have off days too.
My pilates practise is a great compliment to running. The discipline of pilates breathing really helps me through the runs and the core strength makes them much stronger and more controlled. Yesterday was my first running event of the year and I felt a bit out of practise, not with my running but with my routine both pre and post run.
I’ve not long returned from a great holiday trip to Singapore, where the lifestyle was easy and the culture was generally active. But this isn’t usually the case for the typical holiday and I wanted to share some tips on how to stay healthy and active even whilst you are on vacation!
